Day 1: Arrival in Turkey
Welcome to Turkey!
Upon your arrival, our represantative will meet you at airport with sign which your name is written on and transfer to your hotel. Overnight in Istanbul.
Day 2: Old City Tour
You will be picked up from your hotel for full day tour.
Hightlights of tour: Hagia Sophia Museum, Topkapi Palace, Blue Mosque, Hipoddrome, Grand Bazaar.
You will visit the Hagia Sophia museum which was the largest church of World during the roman empire in 6th century.Than Topkapi palace which used to be the center of ottoman empire since 15th century. After visiting Topkapi Palace, your guide will take you to Blue Mosque, which is a unique example in Turkey with six minarets. Near the blue mosque,you will visit ancient roman hipoddrome where chariot races were arranged back in the 3th century during Roman Empire..After the tour, you will be transfered back to hotel. Overnight in Istanbul. (Breakfast, Local Lunch)
Day 3: Bosphorus Cruise & Spice Market & Cooking Class Tour
You will be pick up from your hotel for an other memorable Istanbul tour.
Hightlights of Tour: Bosphorus cruise on boat, Spice Market,Cooking Class.
Today in the morning time, your guide will pick you up from hotel and you will explore the best side of the city known as Bosphorus which is located in between europe and asia. During the trip, you will panaromicly see; dolmabahce palace,ciragan palace,ortakoy,boshorus bridge and houses ans kiosks on asian side from the boat.After the amazing bosphorus cruise trip, you will be heading to the famous spice market(Egyption Market) with your guide. In the Spice Market you will find many varieties of all spices and deserts. You may have chance to use your own spices that you possibly purchase from the market in the next station of the program which comes as the exciting “Cooking Class”.Turkey has got 7 main geographical regions and in each region even different cities have their own traditional local food that are famous and originates. During your “Cooking Class”time ;you are going to taste the world famous traditional Turkish cuisine, you will participate the preparetion part of the yummy traditional Turkish meals, you will learn how the local foods are being cooked and later on you will enjoy your lunch which has already had a piece of your own love and touch

• Ezogelin Çorbası – Red lentil and bulgur soup with dried mint and chili
• İmam Bayıldı – Eggplant cooked in olive oil with onion, garlic and tomato
• Kabak Mücveri – Zucchini pancakes with white cheese and herbs

Day 4: Istanbul to Cappadocia & Cappadocia Goreme Museum & Fairy-Chimney Tour
After breakfast You will transfer to Airport Flight to Cappadocia
Upon your arrival you will be picked up to visit Devrent Valley to see the unique fairy-chimneys. Drive to Pasabag (Monk’s Valley) to see the most interesting mushroom-shaped pinnacles. Drive to the city of Avanos. In the afternoon visit another beautiful open air museum at Goreme where the remains of rock-cut churches and Christian settlements date back hundreds of years ago. Lastly, before returning to your hotel, visit the natural castles at Uchisar. After the tour you will be transfered to hotel. Overnight in Cappadocia. (Breakfast, Local Lunch)
Day 5: Cappadocia Tour & Cooking Class
Today you can join OPTINAL BALLOON tour please ask you agent.
After breakfast,second Cappadocia tour will start. You will visit Ozkonak Underground City where the people used to live in case of an emergency back in 3rd century. Then you will visit pigeon valley and you can see house of pigeon and still pigeons can be seen there. Later on you will take photo of uchisar castle and panoroma of Göreme town.After ending the visits, time for the “Cooking Class” and lunch. In the Central Anatolia region where Cappadocia exists, there is a famous Turkish meal called as (Testi Kebab) or pottery kebab (in English) which is being cooked and served in special traditional clay pots or jugs as an an Anatolian speciality . It’s usually made with lamb, beef, or chicken with vegetables like carrots, celery, onions, garlic, and potatoes. Traditionally cooked in a tandoor or clay oven, the pot is sealed with bread dough and left to simmer in its own juices. When it’s ready, the presentation of the food is going to be so exciting for you that you should record in your camer. The blazing hot jug is brought out and cracked in front of you and you will enjoy this little show and your delicious lunch.After ending the lucnh, transfer to hotel. Overnight in Cappadocia. Day 6: Cappadocia To Izmir
Today according to flight time you will transfered to airport to fly to Izmir. Upon arrival transfer to Hotel Overnight in Kusadasi. (Breakfast )
Day 7: Ephesus & Sirince Village Tour and Cooking Class & Home Made Vine
Today you will visit one of the best preserved ancient city known as the Ancient City of Ephesus. You will walk through history, you will see theather,library,agora ,baths,temples and explore more togather with your guide.
Ephesus theather is the biggest roman theather and library of Ephesus was the third largest library in the World back in ancient times.
Your final destination in the historical part of your tour will be the old Greek Village” Sirince(Şirince)” which means “pretty”.
Today the village is a perfect synthesis of Turk-Greek culture. Before you have your sightseeing inside the village, first you will join your “Cooking Class”..
Again after an unforgetable traditional taste of the local Turkish lunch with your touch of course, time to leave for visiting and taking memorable pictures of the old Greek village of “Sirince”.
Your guide will take you around the village as following the narrow streets in between the old Greek houses, and then you will be having the chance to enjoy your free time for a while as walking around streets where you see the villagers selling their own handicrafts, needle works all around.

Day 8: Daily Pamukkale Tour from Kusadasi & Cooking Class
Today in the morning you will have a day trip to the White Heaven in Turkey known as “Cutton Castle” or “”Pamukkale” in Turkish. You will be picked up from hotel and drive to Pamukkale. After the arrival, you will join your “Cooking Class” in the Pamukkale town. In Pamukkale region here comes another famous Turkish cuisine called as “Pide”(a kind of Turkish pizza). Pide and its many varieties are wide spread through Turkey as being that much famous. The base is a flat-bread of a similar style to pita, chapati, or western pizza crust. A proper (Pide)should be baked in a brick or other stone oven. Toppings vary widely such as; cheese, onions, peppers, tomatoes, eggs, mushrooms, ground beef, and parsley. You will learn and make your own (pide)and of course will enjoy your lunch…After the lunch you will visit White Terraces and you can walk and swim in naturel spring mineral water. Dont forget to take your towel and comfortable dress for swimming or walking.
And also you will visit Hiearapolis the ancient city too.At the end of the tour, driving back to your hotel in Kusadasi.Overnight in Kusadasi. (Breakfast and Cooking Class Lunch)
Day 9: Kusadasi to Istanbul Grand Bazaar & Pier Loti
After breakfast, you will be transfered to airport for flight to Istanbul.
Upon arrival Istanbul, Today you will visit is most famous and largest covered bazaar in Turkey with 4000 shops inside known as Grand Bazaar.After Grand Bazaar take the cable car to Pierre Loti Hill and enjoy the view. Overnight in Istanbul. (Breakfast)
Day 10: Istanbul Departure
According to flight time,transfer to airport and catch international flights and back home .Thank you for choosing us.Leave with smile… (Breakfast)
